Hà Nhung Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

I booked about 4 squad rooms (room for 4 person) and 1 double room. As it displayed on online travel agency, all squad room has balcony but the receptionist only gave us 3 rooms like that, the other room was really really tiny with 2 beds and no more space for moving, and of course this room had no balcony.||When our driver asked receptionist for parking fee, she abused us that the hotel had never paid that fee for customers. Because we booked rooms by online travel agency with cheap price so we could not request much for things like that. Oh no, there was my 89 yrs old grandfather in there but she continued abusing us with terrible words.||The air con in my double room was broken down. It was really hot and I could feel like I was in the sauna. Such a really bad experience for my family...

We stayed here 3 nights and I have to say it has been one of my favourite rooms. Make sure you get the one with a window, you can air out the place. The smell of the room was fresh, they had an aircon unit as well as a fan for 250,000 VND. They even have a little table with two chairs so we played a few card games over a drink in our own room! The TV seemed brand new and the wifi was good depending on the time of day of course. You can rent a moped for 100,000 VND a day(cheapest we've seen yet) and there was always someone at reception. Friendly staff who speak some English, good location only two blocks access to the beach, lots of good restaurants,SPA in walkable distance.
