KIWUKI LUXURY VILLA — Hotel in Phú Quốc

I’m usually not the type to write reviews unless something really impresses me. This villa was one of them, it’s probably one of the best stays I’ve had during my recent years of traveling.

I went with my family of eight for a summer vacation/retreat, we reserved the family villa at the top of the hill. It had 4 rooms, each one had a king size bed so it fitted us comfortable. The living room and kitchen was incredibly spacious.

The pool was great as it oversees the entire Villa. The pool is seemed to be managed and clean regularly which is ensuring!

There were other villas around but they were all separated at a comfortable distance so you still had your own privacy and space.

The staff had been helpful the entire time when you needed something.

!!!WARNING!!! Hotel cancels reservations at the last minute!!!

We had planned a stay for Christmas here, but 17 hours before check-in, the hotel sent us a message saying they had to cancel our reservation due to an electricity issue. We had to urgently find alternative accommodation for Christmas at the last minute.

We didn’t believe their emotional story about the electricity problem, so we decided to visit the location ourselves. Unsurprisingly, the hotel was operating as usual, and no one from the staff knew anything about an electricity issue. It was clearly overbooking. The arogant owner told us over the phone that it’s his property and he can do whatever he wants with that. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior – we’ve never experienced anything like...

Stayed here with my girlfriend during our time on the island. The host was very friendly and even did our laundry for us as we were travelling light, which was convenient and very nice of her. The gentleman upkeeping the facilities and gardening the trees and plants was also a friendly and warm soul and helped us wherever he could.
