Lahana Resort Phu Quoc & Spa — Hotel in Phú Quốc

I stayed at the nature-friendly Rahana Resort with many green leaves for two nights. Before checking in, I applied for airport pickup by email at Rahana Resort Phu Quoc, and the driver was holding a picket, so I was able to arrive at the resort conveniently. ♡ (*The amount is incurred at check-in, so compare the price with other means of transportation and apply after talking with the resort in advance.)

I used adult 2 and child 2 for the room, and it was neat and perfect. But don't ever put any opened food on the table, ants It's a lot. The water pressure was good, but the drainage facility was disappointing. However, if you talk about any inconvenience over the Kakaotalk phone, you can take care of it right away. I prepared a shower filter because it is essential for traveling to Southeast Asia, but the color of the filter has changed significantly when using hot water, I didn't have any hives or discomfort.

Except for private rooms, there's a place where you eat breakfast The main swimming pool is located, and the Kids Pool is next to it, so it would be good for young children to enjoy it there. The water temperature was adequate, and the water quality was not too bad. It felt like it was in the morning, day, and evening They're all different, so if you have time, please use them all. ^^ The shower towel is on the left side of the shower room next to the restaurant You can bring it from there.

🚫 A lot of Korean people are coming, but they don't even use sunbeds He didn't come because he put his stuff up and left in advance, There are a lot of people, but there are people who dived and splashed I took care of myself as a Korean because foreigners on vacation were snowing. Also, there are two family members who are YouTubers and foreigners, but I took care of them because they filmed videos loudly and took their seats. Please refrain from doing so.

There were not many kinds of breakfast buffet, but the taste was excellent. I think there's a big difference between us. We only have different types, I don't prefer places that don't taste good, so I went well with Rahana Resort. *Banana pound cake, watermelon juice, orange juice are highly recommended.

I had a birthday event, so I applied to the resort beforehand They prepared it when I was out. I don't want the towel craft to be broken. I'll keep it safe until the check-out It's out ^^

TIP. After checking out, the luggage storage service is free and you should ask about the use of the swimming pool. You can use buggy when traveling to buffets and swimming pools in the resort, so you can request the reception and board.

I used a cooking program in the resort. It was Banana Pen Cake + Banxeo. The chefs cooked and followed it.Thank you for your kind and detailed information, it will remain a very good memory for the children ♡ When you are done cooking, you can sit at the table and enjoy it. It was even more delicious because it was cooked by yourself ^^ The best.

The first trip to Phu Quoc was to Rahana Resort, and we are checking out with joy with an unforgettable service ^^ I look forward to the same service when I come back...

Stayed here for 5 night but would not recommend it. To anyone. Especially people from other nations.The photos look nice but the resort lacks basic amenities, lot more expensive than other resorts in the area, too far from any activity. It’s far away from beach , dirty ( room was clean though)and not worth. I felt staff mimicked us at several occasions in their own language. Have traveled to many countries and stayed at several luxury properties but this is first time we felt unvalued at this property. So people in Vietnam have been very respectful and kind throughout but this resort made us feel otherwise.While checkout they made us wait to conduct a final check to see if we stole something and when they didn’t find anything they told me that laundry bag was missing. So ideally when we stay at hotels we sometimes use laundry bags to keep our wet or used clothes. We have been offered extra bags in fact by some resorts/hotels to use to carry our slippers or wet clothes.This time too we just used it to put our sand clad clothes. I am shocked to find out that they asked it back while checkout at reception and most importantly it felt humiliating. You think I am going to ditch my LV bag for your super luxurious laundry bag ? We spend millions on a vacation and being humiliated for a laundry bag is extra. Also they asked if we returned their umbrella that we had returned to them the night before only. Shame we booked this property which is not cheap at all but made us feel cheap. I want to convey to the reception staff that someone staying at the resort is capable enough to pay for such petty things and hence needs to be respected. Go ask the Yuju massage centre how much we spent every night for massage and go ask the tour operator at the end of the road what luxury we opted while touring Phu Quoc. Would not recommend it and not to people from other countries as I found them mocking people from other nations. I feel hurt and...

STAFF were amazing super friendly and sweet our whole stay! Our kettle wasn’t working when we first got there so they swapped it immediately without a problem.

ROOM was super spacious and reasonably priced with the amenities we needed and a big bathroom and shower, very large and comfy bed too.

CLEANLINESS the room and bathroom were very clean which is my most important factor whilst travelling which was great!

POOL & RESTAURANT the pool was massive and clean so even if others are swimming it’s not crowded at all which is great also had sun beds. The free breakfast had a large selection of choices and a typical free buffet standard for hotels around the area, it was also well kept and clean in this area. Staff in restaurant were very lovely!

LOCATION was perfect there was a large convenience store down the road, along with restaurants, bars and a very reasonably priced (compared to others in the area) Spa & massage shop just down from the resort. Right out the door there are 2 bar/restaurants and laundry services. This was perfect a perfect location as we have stayed at 2 other places in Phu Quoc before this and there was basically nothing in walking distance around like restaurants or food stalls. So the location was a huge plus for us here!!

SERVICES they had free carts to drive you around the resort as it is on a bit of a hill, we didn’t use them but if you struggle walking or can’t be bothered it’s very convenient. There is also a spa & massage service at the resort (we didn’t go as it was out of our price budget but I’m sure it’s nice!). They clean your room everyday which is great (we also didn’t use as we didn’t need, but it’s a definite for some people). I think you can also rent motorbikes here if you want.
