The location was very peaceful and if you want to get away from everything its great.

It is important to note that this does NOT have a beach, but the pier which will make a lot of noise throughout the day, and with a lot of trash washed up next to the seafront terrace. I saw a few of these local fishermen just walk staright through the property which dented a sense of privacy. The beach beds all had nails sticking out of them.

We looked forward to using the kitchen mentioned, we were disappointed that it was shared and also to find dirty cutlery and plates, the sponge for cleaning was nothing but a net soaked in filth. Additionally we originally booked a room with a tub but it didnt work and we were happy to be moved to another room with it's own kitchen.

We rented a scooter for exploring the island which is beautiful. The bike however was making noises and felt very uncomfortable, they have clearly not been maintained for a very long time and just get abused, don't trust them.

The host was not so responsive to our messages but the on site staff did the best they could with no English, we depended on google translate the...

Be careful to book for this property in Phu Quoc. The management is a scam. Never ever stay here again. If you plan to book and stay in this property, better think twice or thrice. Not worth for your penny. You can spens your money somewhere else and do not stay in this hotel. Very far from city. Not accessible. The food menu in this hotel very expensive and not even delicious. The staffs do not know what is the true meaning of customer service. They just wanted to get your money for a poor customer service. Not friendly staffs which is a true reflection of the management that is why. When we raised the issue to the management, the manager did not even bother to listen and just informed that if we are not happy, we can just leave their hotel. What kind of customer service. The room is very poor condition and totally disgusting. Very poor cleanliness and preventive maintenance. Check carefully every single details when you are booking specially the terms and conditions in which the hotel management do not care about its customers satisfactions and feedbacks. Gorgeous property. It is one of those places that just feels special. The accommodations are new, clean, and comfortable. The area is quiet and there are only a few units, so unlike a huge resort, don't expect your quiet time reading a book in a hammock to be crowded out with hundreds of people and children milling about. You are about 30 minutes from the big city, but there are plenty of places to eat and get food from nearby. They even have a garden in the property and invite you to pick whatever veggies you want.
