Naomi Resort — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Giving full stars to this place. Will mention briefly what we loved here. 1.The person who takes care of this property (Guy) was really kind & sweet, he allowed us to checkin early -10 am with complimentary breakfast.. (They take payment on arrival of this property we booked from online agoda) 2.The rooms are beautiful & clean (we booked sea view deluxe villa) - sea is little far not fully visible from villa, however rooms were silent & beautiful. 3.The housekeeping staff kept room clean while we were out for whole day on 4 island tour- they even folded clothes kept on bed. 4.There are four dogs inside the property- the person helped us in getting scooter 5.Provided us free airport transfer after we left 6.Adjusted breakfast a day early (since we were checking out early morning, they adjusted one day before) (veg options were limited to noodles, fruits, coffee & bread) 7.Water villas were under construction (not as per property photos at all- they’re still building it); however property is beautiful overall. It’s difficult to travel in night time as after 9 pm there are no street lights near to this area. Again, the guy & a girl who works here were very kind & helpful...

Very polite staff, rooms are not big but good AC and comfortable beds. There is really no beach and what is there at the water side is not very attractive- old concrete pilings and such. We were told that the over the water bungalows were available, then on arrival to the resort some confusing reasons for why they were Not available. Truthfully we wouldn't have enjoyed the over water bungalows as the water is very shallow and almost brackish and no one was observed swimming in it. The resort pool was small but very nice with beautiful blue tiles and a relatively weak jet pool. Breakfast was very good 👍 and some dinners were arranged at the small courtyard which was nice. Beautiful resort with perfect set up for couple but also very family friendly! Completely exceeded our expectation! There’s a breath taking scenic pier that leads you to the overwater bungalows and directly to the middle of the ocean. We did paddle boarding and had such a fun time just swimming around. You can get up early to enjoy some magnificent sunrise view or hang out in the evening with some drinks and stargazing. If you are looking for a natural getaway with quiet, relaxing vibes but can still enjoy some fun water activities, this is the perfect spot. We love that it’s not commercial, very cozy and homey.
