I had an amazing experience when I checked in as I was greeted by a very cute dog. They gave me jasmine tea and free fruits on my arrival. They were very kind & dropped me and my friend to her Airbnb nearby. They also responded to our call as early as 5:30 am in the morning and offered to drop my friend and I from her Airbnb to the airport for free! We couldn't find a cab at that particular time and we would have paid them anything to take us to the airport but they still didn't charge us a single penny! I really wanted to give them some cash but they didn't take anything. They're the kindest people you will ever meet with a heart of gold. They personify Vietnam's hospitality and its spirit to offer help and expect nothing in return. Please stay at their hotel to enjoy a relaxing...

I have stayed here for 5 days and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough for two of us and smell very nice. I have been to Phu Quoc many times and hardly see any room at this price so well-maintained and clean. I was quite suspicious about the bad reviews with 1 star, because they give bad reviews but can not provide any photo or proof. It was our pleasure to be a guest here since we felt warmly welcome by the hosts and the nature surrounding the hotel. I had the most perfect stay here during my Ironman 70.3 raceweek.

The owners & staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged the pickup from the airport with 2 big bike boxes and upon arrival + after my race they gave ice cold fresh coconuts, after my trainings they gave small bananas, so kind 🙏

The rooms are quiet and have everything you need. Cleaning is good as well! The location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants.
