Hata Hotel — Hotel in Quy Nhơn

Booked on agoda and booking for superior room with twin beds. Hotel said that option never existed in the 1st place. Would have accepted the double bed alternative if they did not rudely blame their guests for the mistake even after the guests show the confirmed booking and the booking screen that currently displayed...

Staff at hotel are friendly though they don't speak very much English. Location of hotel is centralise within easy access to get decent street food outside the main road and to local night market. There are also several local cafes located along the same street...

Reservé une chambre avec 2 lits sur booking. L hotel a recu via un intermédiaire Agoda une réservation pour une chambre "double double" ils pretendent que "double double" c est pour un lit. Ils n ont pas voulu faire de geste, campant sur une erreur des plate-formes de réservation. Le client est lésé. Le supplément pour le lit, fait doubler le prix de la chambre. J ai demandé un recu, sur place ils ne peuvent pas faire, promettant d envoyer par mail, .. ca fait 10j et je n ai rien reçu...bof..
