Literally a nightmare. Lucky that we spent only 2 nights otherwise would have been gone crazy. You can't sleep at this place, at 11pm or 6am there are people banging doors, wild kids running around and noisy people, the doors have glass so light comes in from the corridor and its impossible to sleep in the dark. Doors need to be replaced and the insulation at this place does not exist at all. You hear everything, even people walking up and down the stairs. Funny thing is that I clearly asked them for a quiet room when booking online. I never do stuff like this but had to go around the rooms telling people to be quiet, how ridiculous. This place clearly has no conditions to host guests. Rooms are basic and when we arrived was smelling like mould as there was mould in the bathroom and other parts. Having a shower here is also very difficult due to the very low water pressure. Staff is friendly but only speaks very little English and it's a constant struggle. Also felt like they were being cheeky and greedy when offering a motorbike with few drops of petrol for 140/150k/day when in Vietnam you pay 80-100k/day. Paid 120k at the end but still didn't feel right. Also they tried to charge for water bottles that they put in the room without any information that these are not included in the price. Even though the coffee is good and the people are friendly, when needed, it was the worst place we stayed in Vietnam and we do not recommend. Needs to improve a lot if it wants to...
Read moreMy lovely wife and I spent two nights at this homestay when visiting Quy Nhon. It's a no frills kind of place with fairly basic rooms but it's clean and is OK for a night or two. Be warned, however, that the beds are very firm so don't expect the most comfortable night's sleep. Other homestays we have visited in Vietnam have been warm and friendly whereas the guys running this place weren't very welcoming or helpful. They did, however, stay up until 130am to let us in after our bus arrived over two hours late and I am very grateful for that. Pretty cheap at ₫300,000 (£10, €11, $13) per night but we have found better value...
