First of all, you'll get what you pay for. My two cent, 200.000VNĐ for a night in a double bed standard room with normal facility is a reasonable price. The household are in normal condition except the TV.

The motel is near the beach, just have 4 mins to walk to the beach.

The room is very clean, comfortable, excellent wifi.

Great little hotel and a great price. Stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed it very much. Room was fairly basic but was comfortable and clean enough and quite spacious. Situated up a small quiet street it was within an easy walk to back beach and it's promenade. There is a convenience store, pubs, restaurants etc, all close enough. Owner and staff were wonderful, helpful,and very attentive to their guests needs. Hotel owner does speak enough English to communicate successfully on most occasions.
