A charming Zambian boutique hotel with beautiful balcony experiences.||||My ground-floor room opened to a balcony that backed on to a mesmerising water feature. Highly recommend that you ask for one of these rooms.||||Some lovely decking for alfresco dining too at the restaurant!||||One of the best boutique hotels in Lusaka.||Very helpful staff and a great ambience for both socialising and business. ||The room was clean and so were all public areas.||||Short of giving 5 stars because the hotel internet was unreliable. The room was reasonably comfortable and the hotel well located but totally spoilt by the noise level late into the night. All the bedrooms (both bottom and 2nd floors) overlook the dining area and one can hear everything. It was impossible to open the door or windows onto the bedroom deck because of the noise and lack of privacy. Breakfast involved individual ordering (no buffet) which made it impossible to get to the training venue on time. Beautiful water features, but immense amount of mosquitos. There is Peaceful sleep and Raid is cupboards. Food tastes great, but there was 2 cockroaches on the table. They serve steak, but have no steak knives. They staff are super helpful though, they got rid of the cockroaches quick. Also with the steak they tried their best. Rare steak turned out to be super well done, 2nd try it was looking nice outside, but inside still frozen, 3rd try the same one was popped in a microwave. Maybe South African are used to...
