I have visited the place numerous time, that u decided to rate them a 3 (honestly, I could've given them a 2🤭). Firstly, the customer service, especially the lady who sits by the counter who has no time to smile at clients. In the service industry, the food industry is as close as one gets to a hospital/clinic, so we least expect to find someone who is frowning. The ladies by the cheffing counter are not any better, they have this 'Get your food and get moving on' attitude all the time. Coming to the food🥱...its ALWAYS cold. Who wants to eat cold relish?! Time and again, I've asked that my food be warm in a microwave or something.
Generally, the place has staff who are either demotivated or have never undergone customer service training.
