I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shooting range. While the receptionist and the other staff members were very polite, greeting us warmly and being respectful, the instructor’s behavior was completely unprofessional and rude.

As soon as I stepped inside, the instructor was unnecessarily confrontational. He asked why I didn’t greet him, despite the fact that I was having a conversation with my mother. Normally, the hostess would ask how you are, and you would respond, but we had to prompt him to speak at all.

When I mentioned I had shot at a different range before, he rudely responded, "I’m talking about this one," without clarifying what he meant. His tone was blunt and dismissive, and I never even got his name.

When I asked which firearm he would recommend, he just said, "They're all the same," and then added, "Learn how to speak Albanian." I speak Albanian perfectly, but his poor hearing and age seemed to be the real issue. Based on my English and his assumption that I was foreign, he seemed to treat me differently, which is why I found his attitude so disrespectful and rude.

The only positive aspect of this visit was the friendly staff, but the instructor’s behavior completely overshadowed it. I highly suggest finding a different range where the staff treats everyone with respect, regardless of their background. I won’t be returning to this place.

Kam pasur një përvojë jashtëzakonisht zhgënjyese në këtë poligon qitjeje. Ndërsa recepsionistja dhe anëtarët e tjerë të stafit ishin shumë të sjellshëm, duke na përshëndetur ngrohtësisht dhe me respekt, sjellja e instruktorit ishte krejtësisht joprofesionale dhe e vrazhdë. Sapo hyra brenda, instruktori u konfrontua pa nevojë. Ai më pyeti pse nuk e përshëndeta, pavarësisht se po bisedoja me nënën time. Normalisht, zonja e shtëpisë do të pyeste si jeni dhe ju do të përgjigjeshit, por ne duhej ta shtynim të fliste fare. Kur përmenda se kisha qëlluar në një rreze tjetër më parë, ai u përgjigj në mënyrë të vrazhdë, "Po flas për këtë", pa sqaruar se çfarë donte të thoshte. Toni i tij ishte i prerë dhe shpërfillës, madje as që e mora emrin e tij. Kur e pyeta se cilën armë zjarri do të rekomandonte, ai thjesht tha: "Janë të gjithë njësoj" dhe më pas shtoi: "Mësoni të flisni shqip". Unë flas shqip në mënyrë të përsosur, por dëgjimi i dobët dhe mosha e tij dukej se ishin problemi i vërtetë. Bazuar në anglishten time dhe supozimin e tij se isha i huaj, ai dukej se më trajtonte ndryshe, prandaj më dukej qëndrimi i tij kaq mosrespektues dhe i vrazhdë. I vetmi aspekt pozitiv i kësaj vizite ishte stafi miqësor, por sjellja e instruktorit e errësoi plotësisht atë. Unë sugjeroj shumë të gjeni një gamë të ndryshme ku stafi i trajton të gjithë me respekt, pavarësisht nga prejardhja e tyre. Unë nuk do të kthehem...

The instructor makes being ex military his whole personality. Ruins the experience, Oreon or whatever his name is, doesn’t even say hello when you come in and and just stares at you because you haven’t said hi to him as if you owe it to him then asks sarcastically “Oh you speak?” “Do they say Hi where you’re from?” when you say something. Most passive aggressive person I ever met and it’s not amusing, doesn’t know how to be a nice instructor and actually give you a good experience at this place which is literally “for entertainment” as you are told at the desk. He made my sister feel weird and that had a negative impact on her experience especially, as she couldn’t...

Visiting Poligoni Action Target in Tirana was such a memorable experience! From the moment we walked in, the place had a great vibe – clean, organized, and welcoming. Everything moved quickly and we didn’t have to spend a lot of time waiting, which was a big plus.

The instructors were excellent – patient, professional, and very clear with their guidance, which made the whole activity both exciting and safe. The staff in general were super friendly and easy to talk to.
