Hey Michelin, here's your first Albanian star. I am not a foodie, never have been, never will be, food is sustenance and I'm not easily impressed. I've eaten at some highly acclaimed restaurants and am usually left feeling well...I don't get it. I admit being fed at the firehall for 26 years spoiled me. I have so often thought I paid how much for that? So what is all this back story for. Well... This was probably the best meal I've ever had from top to bottom. Started with the tacos ( I'm not usually a fan but something appealed and I thought my dad would like to share them). Well in his words(also not a foodie) that was the best taco I've ever had. Then we had the salad with pomegranate, orange and avocado. Wow. So good. Dad had the gnocchi with veal sausage he said the sausage was amazing, I had the beef and truffle rissoto. I was stuffed going into it but couldn't stop. We literally weren't allowed to leave without trying dessert. Had the panna cotta, also something I would usually never order as I've never been impressed. But damn, the hint of lemon and vanilla were perfect. It was astounding. We had travelled a fair distance from our accommodation because we heard about the good reviews of this place.

Tucked away around modern looking buildings, the decor was clean and the atmosphere relaxed with a good choice of calming music. We were promptly seated by an attentive and very polite waiter.

There is a clear view into the kitchen where the chefs cook, and by judging their attention to detail it’s clear they put a lot of effort and care into their work.

We ordered salmon and gnocchi dishes.

The gnocchi was coated in a sauce that was so flavourful and creamy - complimented by the spicy sausage.

The salmon was cooked to perfection, fresh tasting and with a deliciously crispy crust. The potatoes were soft inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. They were complimented by 3 large dollops of a creamy avocado-like sauce - the perfect match.

Cheesecake for dessert which was delicious and drizzled in a delicious orange sauce.

Easily one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in Albania. The vibe here is just right — relaxed but classy, with a warm atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. The service was next-level — the staff actually care. They were quick, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect without hovering too much.

The food? Unreal. Every dish came out fresh, packed with flavor, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they don’t cut corners here — quality ingredients, proper seasoning, and real attention to detail. Even the presentation looked straight out of a top-tier restaurant, but the prices were totally fair for what you get.
