The shopping centre has a lot to offer. You have Drakes supermarket, Aust Post Office, National Pharmacies Chemist, Spotlight, Newsagent, Butcher, Fruit & Veg shop (which I always buy my F & V here because of the quality and price), Dr Surgery, Cafe and Bakery. Upstairs is a gym and the Chiropractic Clinic (Healthfirst Chiropractic and Massage) that I visit every month and they do fantastic work, I can’t recommend them enough. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars to Clovercrest Villiage is because when they did the renovations inside this complex they’ve used dark, dreary and boring colours which I find tired, depressing and lacklustre. I like to see light in shopping centres puts me in a better mood even a skylight for extra brightness and then I can see everything much clearer, and I’m way more likely to spend money when I’m in a happy mood, but if you like seeing dark green and brown everywhere then you’ll be fine. To me it just looks like it’s stepped straight out of the 70’s so it feels old and outdated even though everything is new. I will never understand why they chose this awful colour scheme. When you’re in there during the day it feels like when you step outside it will be grey ominous skies and raining buckets. Atmosphere goes a long way to how people feel and the atmosphere at this complex makes me feel grungy and depressed!! If you want a brighter, happier and more uplifting shopping atmosphere then I would suggest going 1 km west on Montague Rd to Ingle Farm Shopping Centre. This is very bright, white and clean looking. The only downfall there is no Dr surgery or Chiro clinic. Other than the tedious decor at Clovercrest Villiage you have everything you need at this...
Read moreI didn't find this shopping centre very inviting, nor enticing. It's set on multi levels & the car park I found a bit tight & awkward. It has a supermarket, Spotlight & an array of small shops that try hard, but somehow I didn't feel the warmth. I like that shopping experience one elicits from this kind of centre, but I never felt that here, it's just shops you use to make a purchase & get out. Perhaps if I went regularly this would change, but there is not enough here to bring me back. I prefer Ingle Farm shopping centre down the...
