Extremely friendly owner, took the time to explain to me and my mother a bit about the meat industry which was fascinating.
Was very patient as I didn't have enough money so had to put some things back lol.
Even gave us some free liver-sausages to try out since we said that we have never had liver before, so he said to try these out to get a feel for it. And yeah, they were delicious. As for the scotch fillet, it beats everything I've had from the big 3 supermarkets and the handful of other butchers that I have tried out.
