Extremely friendly owner, took the time to explain to me and my mother a bit about the meat industry which was fascinating.

Was very patient as I didn't have enough money so had to put some things back lol.

Even gave us some free liver-sausages to try out since we said that we have never had liver before, so he said to try these out to get a feel for it. And yeah, they were delicious. As for the scotch fillet, it beats everything I've had from the big 3 supermarkets and the handful of other butchers that I have tried out.

Can't recommend this place enough for high quality meat...

I have been going to this butcher for the last few years and the meat is without a doubt the best I have found in Adelaide. The quality of the meat speaks for itself in flavour and texture. I find the service very good and the butcher is happy to answer any questions about different cuts and also questions about where the meat comes from. There is also a good range of prices relating to different cuts, so eating organic doesn't have to...

Honestly... his reception was as cold as his freezer, seemed like he couldn't get us out of his shop quick enough. The smiles all over his fb page does not correlate with who he seems to be. Prices are exorbitant compared to if you were to get a whole side of a cow yourself, also not everything has prices on it.
