I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Spice Kitchen, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance and the enticing aroma of spices set the stage for what would be a truly remarkable meal. We started our evening with a refreshing Pink Lemonade ($11.90) and a delicious Sharing Lassi ($6.90), which perfectly complemented the appetizers. The samosas were the absolute highlight – perfectly crisp on the outside and packed with a flavorful filling, making them the best I've ever tasted. The Samosa Chaat ($12.90) was a delightful twist, adding a layer of tangy and spicy goodness that left us wanting more. The Pani Puri ($6.90) was another standout, with its crispy shells and tangy filling providing a burst of flavor in every bite. For the mains, we indulged in the Lamb Mysore ($25.60) and the Coconut Fish ($25.90). The Lamb Mysore was tender and rich, with a depth of flavor that was truly impressive. The Coconut Fish was a perfect blend of creamy coconut and fresh, succulent fish, creating a dish that was both comforting and exotic. To accompany our mains, we had the Cheese Garlic Naan ($5.50), which was soft, buttery, and just the right amount of garlicky, and two types of rice – Saffron Rice ($5.90) and Kashmir Pilaf ($7.90). The Saffron Rice was fragrant and light, while the Kashmir Pilaf added a subtle sweetness to the meal, perfectly balancing the spicier dishes. The service throughout our meal was impeccable. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch. Bombay Spice Kitchen is a gem for anyone who appreciates authentic Indian cuisine. Whether you're a seasoned fan or new to these flavors, you're in for a treat. I can't recommend it highly enough!
