I recently visited Parabanks and had a truly disappointing experience. The center was overcrowded with eshays or ferals making it difficult to shop or even walk through the aisles without bumping into bogan Karens, I found the selection to be limited and uninspiring. The overall cleanliness of the center was also lacking, with litter and messy floors in several areas, not to mention the alcoholics sitting at the entrance asking for money and smokes.

The Customer service throughout the center was subpar as well, it seemed like the staff couldn’t be bothered to help or even acknowledge customers.

And heaven forbid if you need to use the toilet near woolworths, as it looks like a it directly came out of a 1970’s horror movie.

Overall, this shopping center fails to deliver on both convenience and quality. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant...
