APPALLING SERVICE!!!! I can accept problems with orders but the way I was treated by the manager Mario was disgusting! We ordered Princess Pasta which on Menulog (and their website) did NOT state it included chilli. I am very careful not to order anything with hot spice as I can’t eat it. Upon first bite it was so spicy I had to spit it out. My husband called to let them know and they offered to replace with another meal and deliver it. We were very grateful. Mario called back minutes later telling me I had to pay the delivery fee as he shouldn’t have to. He asked me why should it come out of his pocket??! What?!? I advised that his staff had offered, we didn’t request it and he said very rudely said oh fine I’ll pay the driver! He then went on to tell me he would send a menu so I could see where it says chilli. He would not accept that it wasn’t on Menulog and accused me of lying and that I should have read it properly! I told him not to worry about it as don’t want it if he was going to be so rude to me but he insisted in a sarcastic tone “oh I’ll make you a VERY special meal. I’m going to send it!” He continued to argue and would not accept me saying no. This abomination of a manager was so rude and condescending that I will NEVER eat from there again. Upon reading Google & Facebook reviews I can see this exact thing has been happening for years!!! They may also have lots of great food reviews but you’d better pray nothing goes wrong with your order or you’ll get abused for your trouble!! Honestly, I’m so angry with him that I’m shaking! ...

Have been going here 9 years, up and till now, would rate a 5. Now a 1. Ordered 1/2 Gab spec/ Hawaiian, at 5.38pm will take about 45minutes. Recieved Gab spec/margarita. Rang back at 6.22pm to complain as mr 7 and 8 will not eat. Female took my no. And said she will get back to me? Now 6.57pm i ring back as they haven't, she said new party pizza on its!! I said i would be happy with a large Hawaiian for the kids and she said1 large is on its way!!s 1 child has had a melt down due to having Autism, waiting for pizza. So told him they fixing it and its on its way. Calm in the house. It is now 8.08 no bloody pizza for kids, a party pizza on the stove, stone cold, because us Adults cant eat in front of the children. So the kids end up with cheese toasties. Thanks Gabriano. Kids want to know where there pizza is?? We all make mistakes, as she mentioned on the phone they weren't having a good night with orders. But when you tell me another pizza is on its way, please send it! Held off posting this, incase my pizza comes so i can feed kids!! But its 3 hours later, 8.31, even tho i was told at 6.57 Hawaiian on its way!! So 1 child in bed no pizza, guessing child 2 in bed no pizza, KAREN not happy with outcome. They couldn't get it right, the first 2 phone calls, no point ringing a 3rd!! Time to try a new pizza place!! Regards the HAWAIIAN children. It is now 9.00 still no Hawaiian pizza!! So both kids went to bed with no pizza????? I know my review will have no impact on the business, just disappointed with the service and still no HAWAIIAN...

Just a PSA for anyone thinking ordering from @gabrianos pizza Salisbury is a good idea! After spendings thousands of dollars over the years at this business tonight when my sister went to order pizza tonight as my 4 year old daughter who as some of you know is battling cancer is there tonight and has been struggling to eat and wanted this pizza - it was rejected once so order was put in a second time and it was rejected again and then gets a phone call there refusing to take orders anymore from my family because of complaints

Apparently if your not happy with these sort of issues with there bussiness they will just refuse

And no this isant a “ oh there’s more to it etc “ strait up general complaints from cold chips and missing chicken has resulted in refusal to serve And yes this is a big deal because a side affect of chemo is taste buds change and lack of eating and so to be refused over them not liking feedback is ridiculous

If you know the owner please ask the lady to remove her head from where the sun don’t shine

Just warning people not to spend money there cause if you complain game over for you
