I have never proactively gone out of my way to provide a negative feedback. I mean this feedback in the most constructive sense. This feedback is purely for the customer service given on the night. Our order came out and it was missing a couple of skewers. One skewer the young girl admitted to have missed and the other she pointed out in the order paper that we apparently "ordered what we got". I calmly let her know that I would be willing to pay for the extra skewer. A bit of pricing background before I go on. The 3 skewers with rice is for $16. 2 skewers with rice is for $13. A skewer on its own is $5. Up until now I was displeased already to say the least with the attitude of the person serving us as there was never any willingness to apologise or be genuine. I then went to pay for the additional skewer which was supposed to be with the initial order. I was told I would need to pay $5. Now the difference is only $2 and while the monetary figure is of less importance the sheer arrogance to charge extra for the additional skewer was very disappointing. I have worked a life in customer service and the simple willingness to assist always goes a long way. I had only $3 in my hand so I raised the question, why $5 when the difference between the meals is only $3? She then said the following, word for word, "Okay... If you work like that." Took the money from me without even thanking me. I did not at any stage display any agitated behaviour as I have been in her shoes and I did not want to complicate things. I just could not let the opportunity for feedback pass. Food was great. The customer service or lack of, definitely ruined...
Read moreWould have given zero but no option . My daughter took me there yesterday for lunch . Walk in and the man behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us . Ignored us completely actually. So we took a menu and sat down , waited and waited till we realise we’re not welcome. We walked out. Clearly they did not want our business, it’s very rude to ignore people and not have any business manners . My husband has run a few businesses including kebab shop and he’s never treated anyone this way. I never seen such an ignorant place in my life. There was no smell of food cooking , no customers in the shop at all so I can’t even say fair enough they were busy , they weren’t !!. If u only want your own manners for your own people and ignore others then that’s not how business works . Just because we were two ladies we should not be ignored , we not there looking to have dnm’s !! . I think I’ll stick to home made from my husband because it’s probably better than this shop and fresh . Never again. We then went to viet street food in the mall !!! Nice people and good food , go there people. I bet if I came in with my husband they would suck up and offer exceptional service . Good luck to u 😡😡😡 if u want good afghan food go prospect road , always busy , u know u get fresh and better staff there .
Boo hoo to this place to the...
Read more2 years ago I sent the underneath review and gave them 5 stars. At the time that was valid. But like all pizza shops around, they change to cheaper foods and cut back on the amount of fillings they put on. Last night's pizzas just confirmed that we need to find some other pizza shop. The supreme I had was sparsely filled and pepperoni was almost crisp due to overlooking. There were olives on it, here and there in little patches. 2 little flakes of mushroom. Nothing "supreme" about it at all. Very ordinary. This isn't the pizza shop for us anymore. Sigh. 3 stars now.
Review from 2019: Just love their pizza's. Perfect base and yummier toppings. We love their Hawaiian Chicken and their BBQ Chicken flavours. Really taste good. Nice friendly service too. Hint: Enter from Wiltshire St and NOT John Street like Google will try to direct you to take. Their parking is all off...
