Parabanks Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in Adelaide

Slow, disorganised, muddled. The girls who run the place have no idea what they're doing half the time, constantly having to re-ask what you ordered and getting it wrong anyway while I always see disheartened patrons standing around twiddling their thumbs either looking annoyed that their lunch break is almost over or angry that their food has taken ages to get served only to be made incorrectly.

Two orders in a row were wrong, first time they got the sandwiches wrong and second time the Soy Latte and Vanilla Coffee somehow turned into 2x Cappucinos despite the lady very slowly taking the order after re-asking what I wanted. Took almost a half an hour to make 2 simple rolls with 4 basic ingredients in them as I watched the sole person making food stress over which orders to make despite the fact that other girls were just standing around, there is absolutely no order to the chaos, never go...

Extremely poor service had to repeat orders 4 times still did not get served hour later said I think you've forgotten us told no just busy serving all others that came after us rest of our family had already finished got told we should have reminded them even though we already had,excuse was that a big uber eats came in and our orders got muddled up.the when we finally got our 2 cappuccino had to go and tell them we were still waiting for 2 lasagne and a quiche .when we finally got food one lasagne had hair into the chips that came with it and the quiche was burnt. Would never go here again or recommend this...

Came here for breakfast with my hubby. He ordered a cappuccino and a chai latte. One came in a mug and the other in what could only be called a thimble. Breakfast was Eggs Benedict and the full breakfast. Asked for tomato sauce and that was.....ok, but then when I asked for salt and pepper, well that was clearly too much to ask for. Was greeted with a roll of the eyes and a sigh. The toast in my Benedict was that hard I though I was going to crack the plate trying to cut it. Sweetheart, if you don’t want to work, quit and allow someone that DOES want to work, the opportunity. Won’t be going back...
