SA Gourmet Meats — Local services in Adelaide

Google really should have the ability to leave zero stars. Here's my story. Make up your own mind. SA Gourmet meats recently took over Shanahan's Butcher in Woodcroft town centre, a place I had been going to get my mince (+other) for many number of years. I hadn't noticed the sign changed but I did when the price of mince (for the same quantity) went steeply UP and the quality went significantly down. So much so there was so much fat in the "Premium" mince that I threw the second half straight in the bin. All the older staff are gone and replaced with a sign saying "juniors required" Price of mince goes up, quality becomes inedible and older staff replaced with ones that can be paid less tells you everything you need to know about this business's ethics I'd say. Need to find another butcher...

Charged about $8 more per kilo for steak than advertised on the website. when i asked the shop, they didn't even know they had a website and then told me that it must only be for the Unley store not all. called the main number, the guy was kind of rude, basically just telling me that the website hadn't been updated for 6 weeks, and that the advertised prices are only for delivery. so wont be going back, drove from Gawler to TTP to get these...
