Love this store and of course love the owner and family, they always seem to amaze me by how kind and how much they make you feel welcomed and always help when you need a hand to the car, they also have amazing gifts and items and always at the lowest price and if you see it cheaper somewhere else let them know and you may find your self a bargain and a regular family bottle and gift shop you go to.. and you will never want to go to another shop again... Never had an issue with this store till today. Always great service, great prices etc. today I was buying my brother great northern beer. Accidentally grabed Supercrisp instead of original (didn’t know there was 2 types). Went back in to swap it. Flat out refused. No explanation and sorry or anything. Just “nope. No refund and exchsnge”. Literally would have made him more money selling the full strength to me. Couldn’t believe I couldn’t even get an apology...
