Nevada Kebab’s — Local services in Corio

We have been coming here for a long time, long before they served kebabs. We have always been happy with the service and food, and will keep coming back.

Unfortunately, we just made the mistake of ordering through Menulog. These guys had our food ready in time and went the extra mile to reach out to us to let us know that the Menulog driver was not going to arrive on time. Unfortunately Menulog were so behind that by the time we got our food it was cold and soggy.

I'm leaving a 5 star review because we are happy with this restaurant, the food, and the service.

We are not happy with Menulog, and will not be using them again. The restaurant owner has advised us to use Uber Eats or Deliveroo in future (or just collect ourselves)

If you ordered from Nevada Kebabs and were unhappy with how your food arrived, maybe the issue was the delivery system, not the restaurant.

Definitely try these guys out, but do yourself a favour and don't use Menulog when you do.

An absolute disgrace. Ordered pick up to be told 40 minutes. arrived 45 minutes later to our food being eaten right in front of us by the worker.

I was 100% told 40 minutes. Both my partner and i heard 40 minutes. We were both extremely hungry, so makes no sense as to why we would wait 40 minutes when we could have had it in 15. (Mind you we live 2 minutes away)

They tried to contact us ONCE, to which i replied exactly 9 minutes later. They then replied 10 minutes later as i was walking into the shop. (Have all of the proof)

I do not appreciate trying to lie about this as i have zero reason to make something like this up. One, I've never actually eaten from this shop previously, and two, we never actually paid for the food.

We asked if we were getting our food or not. The response we received was "no we close soon" It was 9:25pm, they close at 10pm.

I am disappointed with Nevada kebabs and their response to the issues with my orders. A few months ago I ordered from them for the first time, and admittedly it was great. The problem was that there was multiple long hairs in my food. I contacted them about it to let them know and moved on with my day. Well yesterday I ordered again, the same meal ( shawarma ) and they had not only forgotten the rice for all of the shawarmas I ordered, but they got the sauces completely wrong. This is disappointing as I pay 30 dollars per shawarma, and to have integral items messed up is shocking. I let them know about these problems both times, and will sadly no longer be going there again as I do not want to pay a premium for the wrong items or items with hair in it. I have a family that can back up my accounts as well and I do hope Nevada kebabs improves as they...
