Visited the Aviary on the 13th of September, a quiet morning only one or two other customers in at the time. Nobody greeted me, nobody made me feel welcome. We visited especially as it had accommodating space for small children, but came to realise it hadn't been cared for in probably years. Broken tubs of broken toys, broken plastic everywhere from said tubs, completely unsafe for my baby to even sit in the children's play area, not to mention how filthy it was, sticky and dusty. Play space outside was lacking seating, and had graffiti written in the play cubby.
Coffee was burnt but that was the least of problems if I'm honest. Would have been lovely it there was more food especially for children, especially as it seems to be kid friendly with the kids corner etc.

The atmosphere was welcoming to all age groups as I witnessed today.
The volunteer staff were friendly and polite to everyone. Also efficient with their jobs to do.
There were long tables for bigger groups and cosy lounges to. A home like environment. Aforadale food for all.
