AWFUL FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The quality of the food was extremely poor, to the point of being inedible in some cases.

-Prawn Dumplings: Overly fishy smell and taste, mushy texture, and extremely thick dough. They tasted as if they were about to spoil. -Shanghai Dumplings: The filling was very mushy and completely lacked flavour. Fried Rice: Bland, with barely any chicken and no taste at all. -Sweet and Sour Pork: This dish was mostly crispy dough with almost no pork inside and came with almost no sauce. -Chop Chop Chicken: Very dry.

The overall quality was way far below any reasonable expectation, and I regret not checking the Google reviews beforehand, which reflect similar concerns.

We were really happy with the food and customer service. There was even a buy one get one free bubble tea promotion which we didn’t see any sign about, but was mentioned upon ordering which we made use of and it tasted good. Didn’t have to wait long for the food either. Only downside the night we went the door was wide open and as the moth/insect repellent light wasn’t working we ended up taking away the food for more comfort as we are scared of moths/insects. The staff were friendly, apologised and gave us an extra free drink after promptly packing our food for us. They promised the light would be fixed. Would likely take...

It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my order. It was way over priced. The dumplings were ok but mushy and nothing to rave about. I couldn't even tell what was what due to lack of flavour. The chicken I ordered had about 6 pieces, no sauce and a cup and a half of plain rice. The picked vegetables had no flavour. $50 for 2 dishes that were below average and took this long to arrive. And I am still hungry. Complete waste and I will never order from...
