👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻1 star first and last visit , customer service turned into customer favour which i never had that kind of worst experience in my whole life not even in India at Any smaller Kiryana store too , but you guys standing on the heart of Brabham and Treating your customers like a beggars, you must need to get a business management certificate at least you know you gotta greet the customers.

We spent more than $100 at their grocery store this evening and lady who served us she was more interested to meet and greet with hugs to another (lady) customer who was behind us and she cut through us without saying anything and approached to the lady on counter and on the top of that, the lady who was serving us at the counter she ignored us and meet another lady with smile over us, which seems very rude, disrespectful & ignored to us.

We were standing like as we were getting free stuff, from them and they are doing a great favour on us.

And its not finished here

We intended to go for dine in their restaurant too (which is in same premises but that restaurant having their own family meetings and greetings going on, totally understand its raksha bandhan and you guys have to celebrate with your family, but when you standing at your business front then i think Business and Customers comes first, so we cancelled to dine in and let you guys enjoy their Raksha Bandhan enjofully.

I wish I could give zero star. Go there if you want to get fraud with bad customer service. They are their to fraud you not to serve you. They had this deal running 5things for $25. I went to place with my friend to get this deal. I asked to get one...guy working there told me that if I only buy one then I CANT SHARE WITH MY FRIEND. I got shocked. But I said that's ok can I get 2 then. So we ordered 2 but we only got 5 things all together instead of 10. On top of it we ordered Dahi poori and Faluda. They forgot to give us Faluda completely. After waiting for 1 hour. We thought that they forgot that we placed double order so we thought of letting it go. But then they charged us for double even though they served us for one person. When I counter questioned him he said you should have called us to bring the rest of stuff. I said isnt it your duty to serve.

Anyway I don't wanna sound rude. But the guy was super rude. They charged us double. So no...

I really wanna give them 0 rating , to be very specific and realistic: Such a fraudulent shop they are charging way expensive for the dine in items. They charged us 9$ dollars for pani puri and when we asked it’s very less quantity of pani puri water mixture and we want some more than they charged 4$ more on top of that. The staff is bit rude to give customer service.

Note: Your staff didn't offer any more potatoes for the second serve which we buy, and did you see the size of your glasses for pani puri water, they are not considered glasses , they are tiny little cups , it would be great for you if you would measure the mls for that cup for pani puri serve, and customer is always well awared what the other shops are serving them, so you don't need to tell them. There are 100 other shops who are serving amazing...
