Oporto Brabham — Restaurant in Western Australia

My wife and I went here to buy some food for lunch, my wife ordered a halloumi and chicken wrapper meal with a drink (gatorade) and I orders a quater chicken meal which from the picture shows it has chips. When we arrived home after our purchase we soon opened our food to eat it to find that the quarter chicken meal was minus chips in the box. We called the store at brabham to enquire why there was no chips in this meal to be advised by their staff member ragshan that it did not come with chips, only came with an option of 1 side. After looking it up on their website prior to calling the store and finding that the truth of the matter that the meal came with the side in addition to the meal and when I informed the male staff member this he stated he had to call his franchise manager to discuss and after doing so he called me back and continued to claim the same story that the meal came minus the chips despite the menu online showing different and informing different in the description. After I informed that this was false advertising and that under the accc regulations which this business would be in breach of. He then began apologising without a resolution to the matter other than advising his franchise manager instructed that I may send feedback to their feed back line. As a customer I believe this franchise is unofficially charging customers for food which they have then failed to provide in the order and after someone complains they chose not to resolve the matter appropriately. I will be in touch with the Accc on Monday as I had since attempted to refer this matter onto their head office during business hours, but they fail to take the...

Everything was dumped together. The food looked horrible and unappealing. Rice was overcooked and soggy with very sour and bitter taste.( could see the black burnt rice bits clearly). The chicken was not cooked properly with only chilli basting splashed on top to cover it. Very poor service while the order was made during quiet hours and no customers in the store.
