Rang and ordered a pizza On arrival 15 minutes later I was told there were two orders before me go figure So I waited as people received their pizzas More than two After another fifteen minutes I asked about my pizza The young female staff member took my pizza off the top of the warming oven? I asked had it been there while I was waiting? She said she didn’t know as she had been out the front and rolled her eyes at me as if I was being a nuisance for asking She had been taking orders and going out the back and getting the cooked pizza and handing it to customers 33 minutes from time of order to handing it to me It took only 5 minutes to get home but now my pizza is not hot! As is the other meals my wife ordered elsewhere as she was sitting in the car waiting Thank you for poor service and excuses! And you weren’t particularly busy! Another customer was told 20 minutes. I have been ordering pizza from these guys for about 5 months. The first 3 pizzas were amazing 🤩 then I kept getting delivery from them . My frustration now is the pizzas are inconsistent, you pay good money for delivery but the pizzas have gone downhill!! The wings I bought for the first time were dry and cold and not worth $9 in the bin is where they belong. Take a look at what a works pizza includes on the menu??? Tonight I got over kill with ham? Where are the mussels, pineapple, chicken, tomato, onion etc?? You try to call the shop but it’s a mobile number. It’s time to leave this pizza place and go somewhere else. Who ever the owner of this place is if I was you I’d seriously take a course in business and have a damn good talk to your employees. This place was so good when I first started ordering but for the last few orders this place has never got bloody wings in-stock and again no wings and no cheese Apprently so can’t take orders can’t even update the order on the system so apprently my order was ready at 5:30 but had been sitting for 15mins cause no-one updated the system the people that work here will never be anything more unfortunately can’t even do the simplest things like stock take orders update the order systems can’t even have everything given to me on pick up.
