This is my second Huron juicer. Previous one had a few issues but still great. After 7 years upgraded to the new Hurom H400 model. I did lots of research and what I liked about this model, which no others seem to have, was that you could just cut your fruits and vegies and pop in the top and walk away and come back in 3 -7 mins (depending on volume) and ready for you. No standing there feeding stuff in like all other juicers I've ever owned. So easy to clean and put back together. I'm very happy with the purchase and so glad I paid that bit extra to get this one with the " put in and walk away" feature. I purchased direct from the importer at Morningside I think is where they are, however had it posted to me. Ordered on the Friday and arrived on the Monday. We recently upgraded from our Hurom H100 juicer to the latest model H400 and are so glad we did. The H400 is very easy to use, quiet in operation and simple to clean. There is less preparation time required, as the fruit and vegetables don’t need to be cut into small pieces and we also find the H400 provides a greater yield of juice compared to our old juicer for the same amount of ingredients.

We have also been very happy with the after sales service provided by Hurom Australia when we experienced an issue with one of the strainers on our old Hurom H100. The warranty claim was handled efficiently and a replacement part provided.
