Super happy. Great service and conversation. I’m a non-runner and basically opened with “I don’t run, I think it’s awful.” To which the assistant said, “But you’re going to give it a go anyway?” Then we talked about what I had, what I wanted to do, tried a bunch of shoes. Without even mentioning I had a wide foot, the assistant brought wide-fit, and we talked about the stack and offset. Absolute pleasure to be there. Great range of styles and sizes. Ended up with 30% off the pair I wanted for trail running, a free running light and the offer that if I went for a short run and they didn’t work out to just come back in. They also had the socks I wanted, the same nutrition brands I use when cycling, and all sorts of physio and recovery equipment. 💯will return for some walking shoes and a path...

If there was a 0 star it would be more accurate. So rude! My son won a $100 voucher - so excited to buy a new pair of runners - but has grown so need to try on. I’ve just had major surgery -unable to drive for 6 weeks - and explained this - and asked for a small extension. Answer was “I’m sorry we can’t extend the voucher” - I reiterated that I’m unable to drive a car for 6 weeks, he needs to try shoes on and I need to arrange someone to drive him to Brisbane - answer “I’m sorry we can’t extend the voucher” …and then THEY HUNG UP!!! Appalling. I’ve never written a negative review before - but this “customer service” person was awfully rude. ALSO On top of the bad experience - I wrote a Facebook review - and assuming since it was negative - THEY DELETED...
