Ironwood Barbecue — Local services in Brisbane City

I was extremely disappointed to find that the shop was still closed when I arrived on 9:10am on Saturday 6/4, despite their advertised opening hours. I had specifically planned my morning around picking up the items I needed for my barbecue, only to be met with locked doors and no explanation.

It is unacceptable for a business to advertise one set of opening hours and then not adhere to them. Not only was this inconvenient for me, but it also wasted my time and left me scrambling to find another place to purchase what I needed.

I would suggest that this shop either update their online platforms with accurate opening hours or stick to their advertised schedule. Customers should not have to deal with this level of inconsistency and unreliability. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this shop...

Food for our wedding was great, every guest was happy with the spread and quality of the food. Steve is genuinely a really nice hard working guy.
