I have in this year brought a Roots Industries Type R Complete Rocket Fuel, and a set of Roots re-entry Rocket Fuel wheels, delivered safely with no damage, no faults and has been a blast to ride, this is definitely my first go to when it comes to scootering needs.

I see myself being a returning customer for many years to come.

Edit, it’s been more than a year now and I still only Shop parts with ScooterVillage, i’ve brought 120 chrome Envy wheels, new hand grips in the meantime thats helped restore my favourite scooter, I’ve brought new wheels for my sister who has a sick as s8 Prod and I brought a Scooter for my brother from another mother, allowing us to cruise by eastern beach, Geelong, close to where i reside. However I plan on adventuring even further.

You’re delivery times are phenomenal, and always get here early than anticipated and I'm above grateful for it.

With it I’m able continue this passion and hobby that’s kept me healthy and outside instead of being at the Computer 24/7.

The colour of the helmet was slightly different to the image online as the image online was more bright purple and the actual colour was not the bright colour but that is put down to the manufacturers photography, however still looks good and the kids loved it. Customer service was fantastic - 5/5 stars with the team responding to texts out of hours to help me with my decision to purchase. Price was best in market. The ordering process online was easy and the delivery arrived within a few days of purchase. The products were packed well. There was a scratch on one of the helmets but not highly visible (I noticed it when I ran my hand over that particular front area) and the area of the scratch was protected by the cardboard box it came in so not sure when or how it was done before getting to me but I’m sure the helmet will end up with a few more scratches before my son grows out of it. Placing an order was super easy I even had a staff member check over my order to check compatible and was assured they were all compatible when infant the parts sent for a complete scooter were not, I also paid an extra 50 for "express shipping" that took just under 2 weeks instead of their guaranteed 1-3 days, tried to contact support multiple times about the inconpatability ect and have just been purely ignored now that they have my money they do not care will be definetly taking my future purchases to anywhere else but here.

Overall quality is good but support is absolutely terrible so make sure you when when you purchase if you do everything is correct ect because they will not help you at all after you pay the money but for some reason before u place the order and pay the money they are super quick to respond, seems a little bit suspect to me.
