Born Organic — Local services in Canning Vale

i am a wholesale customer of Born Organics for about 8 years, possibly more. my invoices would average around $500. it is sad that for a second time i've received poor service and haven't had my defective product replaced a) promptly; b) similarly; c) free delivery (given that i've already had to pay for something i could not use (weevils); however, after my threat to contact consumer affairs i was provided with an alternative (by a guy with a strange name who facilitated customer complaints, obviously!) with free delivery. thank you for that; believe your 'manager/director', nevertheless, should have supplied this in the first place and am a bit confused as to how an disorientated customer service person is in charge of sales.
