I used to be a regular customer here, but unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience today. I bought a product based on the owner's son's assurance that I could try it out and return it for a swap if I wasn’t satisfied. When I brought it back, the owner was extremely rude and condescending. I explained that his son had made the offer, but even when I returned while the son was working, he responded just as dismissively.
