Was so disappointed today. We have always been woolies shoppers but think I am going to move to coles. Decided at the last minute to go through the manned check out. Had a young girl who didn’t even wait for the grocery bags. She just started scanning and piling everything up on the end of the counter. Thought we had an Aldi for a moment. The girl could see I was cross but just kept piling it up. When I mentioned that she didn’t even wait for the bags she just said there were people waiting. If we hadn’t packed the bag ourselves I wonder how long people would have waited until she worked out she probably should put the groceries in the bag. Very poor customer service woolies and very poor training of your staff. Given the cost of groceries you would think you would ensure your staff actually know how a staffed checkout versus a self serve works. The people who keep you in business...

Woolworths store runs low on something which is to be expected as it services a big area the staff are friendly helpful and always talk to you the store is clean one of the cleanest Woolworths I've been in it's a credit to the management and all the staff who work there well done. The store is clean and well layed out and presented it has a good range of all your needs . Sometimes the stock levels are a little low on somethings but that can't be helped when you're relying on rail and road transport. Not just th once but 5 times ive been in there staff the older ones never seen anything like it in australia checkout operaters grumpy rude make me feel really uncomfortable go out that door feeling like poop iv only had to go there fr fresh sage that coles havnt got and the vege shop is closed ..where as every single time ive been to coles am treated with th upmost respect and friendlness i come out feeling really happy coles 10 out of 10 woolworths 0 out of 10 ...i actually dread having to go to woolworths to get th sage need to go shopping eailer to...
