Came through drive through and clearly ordered a large crispy chicken combo with Pepsi, order was repeated back and told to drive to next window. All of a sudden my order is now a bacon and cheese crispy chicken combo to which I told them nope it’s just a crispy chicken burger combo. Get given the bacon and cheese burger so had to go back and get the correct burger. No apologies, kept talking over me, and still couldn’t give me what I ordered, got given a zinger burger instead. It’s gone in the bin, it’s obviously too hard to get a simple order right.
** Edited to add: Receiving a generic cut and paste response requesting more information when it’s already been clearly stated shows a huge lack of respect for your customers. Read moreI don't order too often from KFC but whenever I do, I either always have something missing or the food is almost undercooked—edible but really unappetising.
This time, basically my whole order was wrong and almost undercooked again and I've had to throw out half of it.
Picking up my chilled items should have been my first flag as they asked what I had in my order even though the screen should display what I have, and the next window they listed items that were unavailable in my order when I didn't even order that stuff as I customised them. I get home and find that the spicy chicken I ordered was all original and there was no sauce either.
I don't like writing reviews as I feel like a Karen, and i understand understaffing and being busy is a thing, but when my order is wrong 9/10 from the same store at different times, its so frustrating. I just want to enjoy my dinner and not tolerate it.
