Store has failed 2 times now to follow notes on delivered food and provide no way to rectify the situation

My suggestion is simply do not order from them because they are incapable of reading notes on orders and only ask that you return to the store during a standard lunch break (30mins) so they can spend another 15 minutes making a new one.
