Biteful Kebabs — Local services in District of Tuggeranong

Don't waste your time having this eatery via Deliveroo. I placed order at 6:10pm told it will arrive at 8pm. called the takeaway and they said they were busy and that it would be another 30 minutes. The takeaway attendant hung up on us as we were trying to arrange details. Even if they were busy, when my order came in, then it should have been processed at that time and a Deliveroo driver organised. This takeaway shouldn't push online orders back because they are busy at shopfront, we should all be important to their business. Online orders should be processed in the sequence it arrives. It may be good to eat at shop, but don't waste time ordering online, they will push your order back if they are busy in situ. Not a good business if they ignore some of their customers over others. I just wanted to write a review about the customer service…. WOW, this is how you run a business!!!! Well done Biteful 🥰 We ordered yesterday through Uber eats. The food was a little disappointing due to the items sweating in the bag so everything was completely wet and soaked through, the cheese pizza was incorrectly described on the menu and was in fact a garlic bread…. HOWEVER, the customer service was out of this world. So the kids didn’t go without food the manager personally drove a margarita pizza here so the kids could eat something and then arranged a refund on the the meal. This is how you make a great name for yourself, you were all extremely apologetic, kind and supportive and made sure the kids had something to eat. We have been eating at Biteful Kebabs for years. Although I have not eaten a kebab here, they look amazing and the snack boxes look great too. What we love at Biteful Kebabs are the gozleme. Recently Raj and the team have taken gozleme to a new level with an expanded range of fillings with delicious fresh ingredients. Try the improved Chicken and mushroom or the new Meatlovers gozleme and let your tastebuds delight in the flavours. The gozleme are a great size to share without feeling like you’ve over eaten but they are so yummy you will probably want more than half!
