Disappointed by Staff Attitude and Poor Service

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at [Restaurant Name] was too disappointing to ignore. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s attitude was cold and unwelcoming. We were not greeted properly, and it felt like we were bothering them just by being there.

Throughout our visit, the service was slow and inattentive. When we politely asked for updates on our order after a long wait, the response was dismissive and borderline rude. It seemed like the staff had no interest in being helpful or even respectful. At one point, a staff member rolled their eyes at a simple request — totally unprofessional and unacceptable in any customer-facing role.

It’s unfortunate because the food was decent, but the staff’s resistance to provide basic courtesy and service really ruined the experience. I hope the management addresses these issues, as good food alone can’t make up for poor customer service.

Absolute waste of money!! I've never left a review for anything....ever, but felt the need to on this occasion. They should rename themselves to BREADburger. The bread to meat ratio was ridiculous, the bun was 4 times thicker than the patty and the patty only covered half the bun. I was quite underwhelmed the first time I tried one of their burgers but on this occasion, after spending almost $50 on just two burgers PLUS MORE for chips, I feel as though I was robbed. My mate purchased a snack box from a nearby establishment (same price as one burger) and couldn't finish it because it was so much food. Wish I could attach a picture to show how appalling these...

Easily best burgers in Canberra, Love the new Tuggeranong location, we drove from gunghalin to check it out after recommendations from friends. The outdoor area is so cool and the loft style seating on top of the restaurant is so cool! The burgers were hot and fresh and took 15 mins. The chips also hot and fresh and they forgot our aioli initially so offered us two which was lovely, The beers were a great price for happy hour, Really can’t fault our experience here tonight, Love the play equipment out the front for our daughter too.
