NP Supermarket — Local services in Girrawheen

Np supermarket, people in life have always said things about being 'gluten free' and all these health diet statistics, i had no idea what gluten even was, that was until the day np supermarket ordered in strange sticks covered in chilli oil and flavour, alas np supermarket introduced me to gluten, what a love. I mean gluten sticks bombarded with chilli flavour for $1.49 per packet, pair it with a healthy energy drink, what a dynamic duo, you know what other dynamic duo's are coming around town, the dynamic duo that follow me around, lets enjoy a poem

Been a regular for 20 plus years. Last week their eftpos system was malfunctioning so their checkout staff asked to ring the charges through twice, claiming that they will issue a refund if the first transaction managed to settle.

Funnily enough, both transactions did go through. Upon requesting a refund for the second transaction, they said NO - even after sending screenshots of my bank transactions on three multiple occasions stipulating that I was in fact, charged twice for one lot of groceries.

This isn't the first time this place has overcharged me - nor is it the second or third or fourth. I overlook the small charges because I forgive human error. But when you blatantly rip off customers in broad daylight, you need to wear the consequences.. just save yourself the drama and...

This store has greatly improved in some ways in the last couple of years. Newer fridges, roof leakage repaired. Some stock seems to be safer to purchase and in date now. Some fantastic specials always check the date! But also so many over priced items. Dirty dusty shelves. Sometimes items are years past the best before. I know you can sell it but yuck. I'm not buying it. The smells make me physically ill. The dirty counters and dusty lollies at them gross. But with all the changes lately I'm hoping to see the local store improve. Common new counters and displays next! I wouldn't buy meat there ever. Fruits hit and miss. Weekends seem to be the freshest. Asian greens are wonderful obviously a higher turn over rate. And the green sludge hosed out the back store room. Omg!...
