I just had the most incredible bowl of Pho at Pho Phong, and I'm already planning my next visit. The atmosphere is a solid 10/10, welcoming and comfortable, and the service was just as impressive, easily another 10/10. The Star of the Show: Pho Phong Dac Biet (10/10)

Let's talk about the main event. The Pho Phong Dac Biet was phenomenal. The presentation was beautiful, a steaming, aromatic bowl that looked as good as it tasted. The broth was rich, complex, and deeply flavourful – everything you want in a perfect pho. Every single component, from the tender meats to the fresh herbs, was on point. A Friendly Warning: The Portions Are HUGE!

Now, a word of advice to my fellow food lovers: the portions here are incredibly generous. I made the rookie mistake of ordering an appetiser, which was delicious, but I barely made a dent in it after tackling the pho.

To put it in perspective, I could have easily shared the single bowl of Pho Dac Biet with another person, and we both would have walked away full and completely satisfied. Don't underestimate the size of these bowls! Important Tip: Payment

Was the best place to get pho in Perth but the owner has a problem. I have had a few problems with meals from this place but always went back as it was the best and the staff were quite nice. One time I had a bit of metal in my soup from a metal scrubber and was looked at like I put it in there myself and was told the camera's will be looked at still while pointing the finger at me that I put it there (I didn't eat the soup, I paid and left) . After returning a few times after it was never the same, the owner didn't really want me there and the last time I went there with some friends including their mother at the end of our meal we walked out to the car and left the mother to pay for everyone's meals... She was abused for us walking out before we had paid as she was trying to pay? What is your problem if people want fresh air after their meal when someone else is paying? I most of the time left a tip also maybe this is why you were so angry.
