Faulty product. RUDE owner. Edit: You said there was a scratch which there wasn't,just to avoid refunding, you were looking for an excuse to do not refund. Offering store credit and pointing a non existent scratch. I am attaching the picture of receipt of the faulty product what you said on your response there wasn't .It was clearly explained on my review the previous power bank was faulty not the second one. You are also mentioning "here in Australia" same you did at the store, assuming I don't know the laws or I am here passing or arrived yesterday, maybe because of my accent which I haven't mentioned here as well on this review, but after you decided to refund you started to pretend you didn't understand me, asking me to repeat myself and before we were having a normal conversation, a typical Karen behavior, and your sarcastic response to this review just show it "i misunderstood you" , "i will try hard to be happier" . And yes I know the ACCC and this where I was going to look for help and I told you if you decide not to refund. The review will stay to alert future custumers how you behave if they look for exchange or refund.

Faulty product. Rude Owner (reading others reviews, apparently it's a common behavior from this lady). I have bought a power bank which was faulty after couple of months. I went back to the shop to return and was serviced by Jamie, whose was extremely polite and nicely asked me if i wanted to exchange for a different product and pay the difference. I accepted but the product wasn't good as the one before and i decided to return one hour later. Donna, the rude owner served me on my second visist to return a product which was completely different from previous, saying they don't exchange, offered me a store credit and i refused. She then started to "find" scratches on the power bank, which doesn't exist and trying to refuse the exchange pointing to a Australian customer law policy which i said this exactly the people i would contact to report. After i asked for her last decision before i leave the shop and take further action she did refund extremely rude and with a sour unhappy face. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. The staff are mostly knowledgeable about the products they sell although if you are after technical information you are better of to do your research first they are local distributors for jaycar ,minelab and apple.
