Bought a set of astro a10 for xbox Only one earphone worked We returned them obviously faulty on arrival Was told that its a setting in our xbox as they always try to be returned for this reason
These astro headsets default to mono output according to her. There is no setting on the headset itself only volume and mic Both our xbox's and both controllers were using stereo headphones prior and both only gave out mono on this astro so we were very admint we were correct in that they were faulty. We got a exchange set from eb even though she didn't believe us for one second She didn't note the issue or set them for return nothing The second set had clearly been opened and repackaged Box wasn't square had bang and bruises on it We decided to return them for a refund aswell we didn't even get to leave the shop or open the box.
We went to Harvey Norman for a set The box was square They were wrapped and packaged differently than the first set we got from eb And they worked straight out of the box both speakers mic everything.
