I have been a regular customer of this pizza shop for the better part of a year now. From the start, Pizza Workz Everton Hills has had amazing service, great prices, phenomenal Pizza always loaded with toppings, and those small business things you can't get from Domino's or Pizza Capers (freebies such as drinks and garlic bread, or discounts for large orders).
Unfortunately, I get the feeling that ownership has recently changed or there's a new manager who's not quite sure what they're doing. The last two times I've ordered from here, at least one pizza was incorrect and had to be re-made (meaning my 15 minute wait time turns into ~40 minutes while I'm trying to pick the order), or the staff are too busy arguing rather than making food.
It seems like the front counter + delivery staff are sick of management, and management doesn't want to take responsibility regardless of who made an error.
In addition, no more freebies are provided, and I'm charged to the Cent. It's a little disappointing because now I've lost the main purpose which keeps me coming back to this place.

Read moreSpaghetti Bolognese turned out to be a flavourless Fettuccine Bolognese. Caesar Salad had no parmesan cheese and lacks the basics like croutons, egg, anchovies yet cost $6.95...you can do better at a supermarket. Chicken wings tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave and are not what you expect from chicken wings, ie not crunchy skinned and sauce is not sticky. Spicy Pepperoni Pizza. "Pepperoni, cheese & more pepperoni". Turns out it is shredded/badly blended pepperoni with next to no pizza base sauce, a lack of cheese and the same amount of pepperoni you would find on a basic pepperoni pizza from one of the major chains. Thick doughed cost saving pizza. On a good note, the dough/pizza base was very good...reminded me of pizza hut. And on a side note, working a pizza shop in your "active wear", doesn't meet any standard of hygenie expectations...
Read moreHas been almost twelve months since we last purchased from here. Last time we commented to the lady owner how awful the pizzas were. So we decided last Thursday night we would try again. Sorry but big mistake. Both the works along with reef and beef were awful. No taste zilch. Garlic bread was also awful just one outsourced purchased in garlic bread. You call the photo attached a prawn this was supposed to be a “ Reef and Beef”. Whilst I fully understand price increases but when both pizzas were worse than our past experience I feel you need to have a good look at what you are serving paying customers.
This pizza shop was once the best in Brisbane in my opinion, but now we won’t ever be recommending...
