I got a Special Fried Rice, Boneless Lemon Chicken, and King Prawn Garlic.

The special fried rice was the only redeeming quality of all 3 dishes. It was very tasty, except for the chicken in it. The chicken was terrible.

The boneless lemon chicken was not there in any aspect. The sauce was okay at best but not even close to enough to coat all the chicken. The chicken itself was way over done.

The King Prawn Garlic was not great either. I don't even want to eat the leftovers of it. The sauce was actually really good but stopped there. The prawns were atrocious, so rubbery and chewy. Very over cooked, they had no flavour in them whatsoever, likely frozen. The veggies were okay, can't complain there.

Overall anything to do with meat was terrible all way over cooked and flavourless in themselves. The rating is only a 2 because I'll enjoy eating the Special Fried Rice minus the chicken and the Veggies with Garlic Sauce minus the prawns. Not even close to worth the price...

This is my second attempt at this restaurant and for the second time I’m disappointed. Not only did they get a simple thing like fried rice incorrect after reading it back, the rest of the meal was one of the most disgusting meals I’ve ever eaten in my 50 years. The steamed vegetables were mush, the vegetables in oyster sauce were watered down over cooked. The sayor was again watery and flavourless. The chicken laksa was rubber and flavourless also. Chicken and corn soup was very watered down. Mongolian Beef, Pork spare ribs in plumb sauce, prawn in ginger and eschallot were average. Spring rolls were soft and certainly weren’t deep fried. The best thing about the whole meal was watching it go in the bin. It is my local restaurant, however I will happily drive the extra distance to get a decent meal in the future. After reading the reviews on google we thought we would give this place a try as there is a massive lack of decent Chinese restaurants on the north side of Brisbane. We drove half an hour after placing an order over the phone to be picked up. We will definitely be coming back here. The young man who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful when asked about certain dishes that they sold. It was very easy to order. The food turned out to be absolutely delicious with no added msg. The food was packed to a very high standard and tasted terrific. It didn’t have that greasy, salty msg taste or smell to it.
