Walked in there to inquire about a particular plumbing product as i previously worked for a very large plumbing conglomerate.

One person acknowledged me. The rest were too busy or pretended to be busy and didn't want to even say hi or smile. A simple "G'day mate, be with you in a sec" would do.

More training in customer service is needed, whether it's a customer, delivery driver or a rep.

You should always acklowedge a person when they walk...
