Slow and bad customer service

Waited 10+ minutes without any acknowledgment of my presence to try to place an order. Watched while two employees made their orders in the slowest way possible. Thought, ok, they care about quality; I’ll wait. But old mate finished what he was making, started tidying up and went to help young mate on the order he was making. Thought, maybe he doesn’t realise we’re all waiting to order. So I ring the bell. No joke, raises his eyebrows at me and tells me that they’re busy. 1) Busy doesn’t excuse manners. Let customers know you’ll be with them in a moment. At least acknowledge their presence. 2) Quality and care is all good, but speed counts too. 3) I would figure you’d want to at least get all orders in the till before you lose them. I wanted hot chips only. Would be better to take my order and get them cooking while you’re making kebabs than make me wait to order and then wait for you to cook them. Rethink your processes and customer service or expect to lose customers. I wasn’t the first to walk away in that space of time (another went before me) and I certainly wasn’t the last as I saw others who were waiting with me leave as well. Unfortunately the way new management behaved (turning it into a confrontation) means I won’t be going back and I won’t be recommending them to...

Not sure why people have been complaining about the food. Well I only ate their kebabs and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have visited this place 3 times prior writing this review. Twice before and it is now managed by an experienced chef who has helped other business in the sunny coast turned their business around. I have had mix grill and falafel. Each visit, the food was warm and tasty. The last visit where the kebab was made by Chef. Was so so good. Everything was balanced and on point. I could have eaten more than 1 if the weather wasn't so hot that day. Worth giving Chef Menan's food a go and tell him, about my review. Chef is friendly and chatty and passionate about food.

2nd visit: Had a jumbo mixed grill snack pack ( approx weight 1kg) . Absolutely love it. The chicken was tender, the meat and chips was well seasoned. Not too salty which is awesome. Chips were cooked to order and meat was shaved to order. Everything came out piping hot which is awesome. Ate all of it in 1 sitting, it really is that good.
