From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly smiles, expert advice, and an overwhelming display of premium quality meats. Every cut is immaculate, and the variety they offer—from gourmet sausages and dry-aged steaks to house-made smallgoods—is outstanding.

Their commitment to quality is obvious. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. I especially love their marinated meats and specialty items like their chicken involtini and spit roasts—perfect for a weekend BBQ or special occasion.

The staff are knowledgeable, passionate, and always ready to help you pick the perfect cut or suggest cooking tips. It’s clear this is more than just a butcher shop—it’s a family business that truly cares about its craft and customers.

Sure we know this place is quite expensive, more expensive than any other butcher we visit by quite a bit but the quality is always good. Today we bought $230 worth of meat and at the end of that they ask would you like a bag, well of course because we can’t carry that much meat without one. Without disclosing it they add an extra $.50 to our bill and tell us to be careful to the bottom doesn’t fall out of the bag! We only know this happened because we asked for a receipt. Sorry guys the paper bag tastes sour for us. We feel that you should reward a customer who is spending more on extra items with something a simple as a bag. Sorry to of damaged your otherwise great score but it is important your honest and understand your customers emotions. Maybe consider offering customers a box or very least let them know you’re about to charge them something. We travel an extra distance to get to you and be your loyal customer, I see you’re doing well and don’t really need us. Charging customers for bags is a Coles and Woolworths thing, you guys are premium, you’re above that. ...

On the Keto diet you need skin on your chicken breast and other cuts. This is exactly what we got. We have tried so many other butchers for this, without being able to buy it.
