Sushi Blue — Restaurant in Western Australia

We went to Sushi Blue for our lunch today. We chose this place because of the glowing reviews. I ordered the Fish Bento box. I had many over the years, elsewhere of course. This one turned out to be a total catastrophe. This is not Japanese food. The box contained a few deep fried pieces of fish served on rice, two pieces of sushi and something looking like a hash brown. There were no pickled side dishes, no miso soup etc. My partner's Chicken Katsu was not any better. I love the food and service so much that I have been coming back to Sushi Blue for the last couple of years. It is always fresh, the prices are always great and there is often a large variety of food (hot meals, sushi, rice paper rolls, other meals, etc.). The portion sizes are also great, with a lot of meat filling in the sushi (as another comment or said, they are very generous). The owners and staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met, and go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and welcome. This is a great business...

Amazing!!! Service second to none!

I needed a sushi platter to make my sons birthday in isolation special. I’ve never ordered a sushi platter before so didn’t realise you usually need to give a few days notice. I called these guys at 9am yesterday and not only were they able to accomodate my last minute request but it was ready to go by lunchtime, beautifully presented and made my sons day!
