Muffin Break Kingsway — Restaurant in Western Australia

I am disappointed with the experience we have had at Kingsway Muffin Break today.

I ordered and was served pleasantly. The frappe is great.

We ordered the Lorraine tart with ceasar salad. Our order was not bought to our table. The tart was nice, the salad came out with no dressing. We (2 of us) received one set of metal cutlery, one set of paper cutlery and one napkin between 2 of us.

The salad had no dressing on it. I went and asked for dressing, only to be told that they don’t have any and was offered a satchet of Italian dressing. I asked why I was sold the salad if the dressing wasn’t available. Another staff member then said we could use this (a bottle of praise Caesar dressing that had a dribble of dressing down the neck).

This experience cost my partner $44.90. We both had the same meal. I was planning on buying a take home pack of muffins but am too disappointed to spend any...

Absolute disgusting! I ordered the roast veg wrap and the Mediterranean side salad. The wrap clearly was not fresh as the wrap itself was like cardboard and the side salad was absolute vom. The pasta was cooked through but had become so rock hard from age that the fork struggled to pick it up. I had one piece and would not eat any more, food/pasta that old is a health and safety hazard and you will get people sick from purely because your business practice is too laziness, or too stinginess, OR BOTH! I ordered a large cappuccino and a small hot chocolate. The cappuccino did not taste like coffee and the hot chocolate wasn't great. Also came with a chocolate chip muffin.

Fast forward to 4am I'm now sitting in the bathroom with the bowl being my best friend from both ends. The hot chocolate and muffin are the only thing I've added to my diet this week and the fact it's given me food poisoning...

Would NOT recommend. I won't be going back and I'll be sharing...
